Reconstructed 2,000 feet of the apron section to strenthen the pier to accommodate new 100-ft gage crane rails. Installed 180-ft long pre-stressed concrete piling, cast-in-place concrete caps and bull rails, pre-stressed and pre-cast deck panels, installed 100-ft long steel h-pile foundation system for east crane beam. Installed new crane rail system, and fender system.
